Sucking up to Marcella is the only way Macario can squeeze a date out of her. As the finance manager of Eco Moda, he volunteers to suggest a huge loan that Armando wouldn’t be able to pay. To his shock though, Armando not only rejects his proposal but also transfers him to another department albeit temporarily. As it is, Armando can’t divulge the fact that he has already made a loan for the audio-visual and lighting equipment he bought until the production house is already in operation. At the same time, he knows in his gut that Daniella and Macario are plotting something against him. There’s only one glitch to his wise decision though: Betty refuses to connive with him this time around.

In the meantime, Betty is still in high spirits since Drake gave her a bunch of thank-you flowers for their smashing date. For the first time in her life, she experiences how it feels to be cherished by someone other than her family. Better yet, 4G throws a party for her and Hugo for the successful airing of their new commercial. The only thing that really bothers her though is her unexpected discovery regarding Marcella’s fake pregnancy. But she fails to tell Armando about it because Marcella suddenly barges in his office. Can she reveal it some other time or will Daniella threaten to destroy her once she lets Armando in on her sister’s real condition?
