Jane Oineza has been cast several times as the younger version of leading ladies like Kristine Hermosa (Sana’y Wala Ng Wakas and Prinsesa Ng Banyera) and Claudine Barretto (Marina) in several teleseryes. Now, she’s portraying the young Betty (played by Bea Alonzo) in I Love Betty La Fea. Getting to play younger characters has served to polish her skills as an actress and help her learn her way to becoming a leading lady someday.

Her excitement about landing a part in I Love Betty La Fea was very evident as she described the thorough process of her look test and audition.

Busy as she is preparing for her role, this 12-yearold kid still manages to balance showbiz and school. Currently enrolled in a home study program of LivingHeritageAcademy with fellow Kapamilya child stars Eliza Pineda and Joshua Dionisio, Jane says she doesn’t really miss going to a regular school since she often makes telebabad with Eliza just like any typical schoolgirl. Even subjects about nothing in particular become a topic for their conversations. Tapos magtatawagan ulit kami.”

Catch Jane Oineza on Goin’ Bulilit every Sunday after Rated K and soon in I Love Betty La Fea.
