Betty La Fea will be soon be "Betty La Bella"!

In "I Love Betty La Fea" episode 88, Betty auditioned for a makeover contest so she can help financially for the heart operation of her father. When she also becomes beautiful, she is dreaming of  revenge to those people who made her life miserable, as well as make Armando pay for his ultimate betrayal. There is a scene in Episode 88 where we see a teaser of her future transformation to "Beautiful Betty". Well, she's still wearing her prominent big glasses, bangs, and brace, so the audiences won't be spoiled right away. However I'm sure she won't look like Bea Alonzo in her "Betty La Bella" persona! Besides changing her appearance, would she also change her name to impersonate for a perfect sweet revenge? I Love Betty La Fea airs weeknights on ABS-CBN's Primetime Bida.

Karylle to Guest Star on I Love Betty La Fea?

After the recent controversial break up of Karylle with her showbiz boyfriend DingDong Dantes, she has decided to leave GMA-7 and jump to rival network ABS-CBN. Karylle is also reportedly to play a role in I Love Betty La Fea but I'm not sure if it's only a guest starring spot or a regular character on the series.

Ana Karylle Padilla Tatlonghari, or simply Karylle, is a multi-faceted artist/performer from the Philippines. With her many appearances in network television, radio, concert, and the big screen, she is considered one of the most promising young talents today. Long Lost Ex-girlfriend of John Lloyd Cruz is a doctor

Certified doktora pala ang bagong dagdag na character sa Betty La Fea na si Maricar Reyes. Pero hangga’t maaari, ayaw niya sanang pag-usapan ang kanyang propesyon lalo na nga’t nag-uumpisa pa lang ang career niya. May pilitan factor pang nangyari bago niya idinitalye ang kanyang pagiging doktora. Sa status niya ngayon, gusto niya pa ring mag-showbiz dahil feeling gusto niyang magdiskubre ng iba pang mga bagay.

Ngayon ay nagta-trabaho siya sa private clinic pero ayaw niyang idetalye kung saan.

Limited lang ang binibigay niyang details - sa UST siya nagtapos ng medisina at sa Ateneo naman siya nag-pre med.

Nag-apply siya sa Star Magic at nag-workshop. Pero hindi agad siya tinawagan kaya hindi niya ini-expect na makakasama siya sa cast ng Betty La Fea na gaganap na childhood sweetheart ni John Lloyd Cruz.

Sasabak si Maricar sa kanyang kauna-unahang role sa isang teleserye at ito rin ang kauna-unahang experience niya sa tunay na aktingan.

‘‘I am very much honored to be part of the Betty La Fea cast. Sobrang supportive ng buong cast kaya overwhelming din talaga ang feeling,’’ pahayag ni Maricar.

Pamilyar na mukha na nga si Maricar dahil una siyang na-expose sa mga tv commercials at later on ay pinasok na rin ang show business.

Pinaghalong Heart Evangelista at Mikee Cojuangco ang hitsura ni Maricar.
