Betty goes to Brazil

Even though they've already had three versions of Betty aired in their country ("Betty la fea", "La fea mas bella", and "Ugly Betty"), Brazil is developing its own Portuguese-language version. I think it's still in the early stages of development but, according to columnist Flavio Ricco, of "Tribuna da Impensa", the Betty story is being adapted by writer Margareth Boury for Brazil's second largest TV network, Rede Record.
