The board members are surprised that Armando has prepared a back-up plan which turns out to be more promising than his first presentation. Even Roberto agrees that creating a modeling agency is indeed profitable with Eco Moda’s constant demand for talents. With this turn of events, Betty gets rehired while Patricia gets fired for stealing the former’s report a few days ago. Better yet, Armando forces Patricia to apologize to Betty for her devious misdeed. Then he proceeds to delegate the responsibilities of putting up a modeling agency to Mario and Betty—the only persons who he trusts in Eco Moda. As it is, he needs all the help he can get to prove to his detractors that he really deserve his position as president of the company.

Much later, Marcella confronts Armando about hiring Betty again despite her father’s scandalous behavior earlier that day. But he quickly stresses how she has saved his butt during the meeting with her brilliant business plan. Daniella happens to hear their whole argument and she mockingly interrupts them by stressing Armando’s inability to handle his job on his own. Will she find another way to sabotage his plans to improve the finances of the company?

How will this be possible now that Patricia, her partner in crime, has been terminated instead of ugly Betty?
