Separated at Birth: Anne Bolyen and Ugly Betty

Do you notice the pearl "B" necklace Betty always wear? It looks exactly the same as the famous necklace worn by Anne Boleyn, Henry VIII's 2nd wife and mother of Elizabeth I. Is it possible Betty is the long lost descendant of Anne and it was inherited to her by a royal blood relative? Naaah...no one knows what really became of Anne Boleyn's famous B pearl necklace?  However there are few reports of Queen Elizabeth 1 wearing the B necklace that was her mothers once she came to the throne. Seperated at Birth: Lynda Carter "Wonder Woman" and Ana Maria Orozco "Betty La Fea"

I don't know how Ana Maria Orozco (the original Betty), would look like fighting in a super hero flick and wearing red white and blue skimpy clothes, but whenever I see her transformation in Yo soy Betty, la fea, I think that this should be how different Wonder Woman should be from her alter ego Diana Prince. She's gorgeous and would give such realism to both sides of the character. For once, it would make sense that people wouldn't recognize Diana when she'd turn into Wonder Woman.

Move Over John Lloyd Cruz and Piolo Pascual, Here Comes the Real Armando!

Move Over Armando wannabes, Miko Pepito is the Mr. Right for Ms. Bea Alonzo. Miko Pepito is a YouTube celebrity who makes videos of himself broadcasting news with a twist...words delivered in rthyms...headlines are sung without apparent leading structure. They call themselves Spoken word artists. Most of his works focus on Filipino social issues, mainly on how people interact and relate to each other, both the positive and negative points of views. He has not even spared "I Love Betty La Fea" news from his touch of music madness.

Seperated at Birth: Piolo Pascual and Joem Bascon

I don't know where I'd stand if I were in the Philippines. In one sense, I do like to see actor/actress teams who have good chemistry reunited every now and then, like Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan (back in the day), but I can also understand how the other people feel, those who think that enough is enough and Bea Alonzo and John Lloyd Cruz should take a break from each other for a while.

Oh well, we'll find out this week, won't we? You're right, though, Sam Milby would have been a good choice too. I've read that the actor who will be playing Mario, Joem Bascon, got his lucky break in show business because of his resemblance to Sam Milby and Piolo Pascual. I don't know if this is really true or not, but I definitely see a resemblance, both Joem/Sam and Joem/Piolo. If Piolo will indeed be playing Armando, it will be interesting to see Joem playing the best friend of one of his look-alikes.
