Because of her sexy rival in the secretarial position, Betty ends up losing a potential job yet again. Her loss could have been easier to handle if only her family isn’t so hopeful for her to bring back good news. To make matters worse, they believe that she can be whatever she wants to be because of her wit alone.

  

And true enough, they have even thrown a surprise celebration for her when she got home. As much as she wants to tell them the sad truth though, she just can’t burst their bubble now that they’re hard-pressed for money more than ever.

 

Meanwhile, Armando gets into a serious talk with his dad about his unexpected promotion into presidency. He tells Roberto straight out that he should have considered him first for the position since he is his son after all. But the incumbent president insists that he never thought Armando is interested in managing Eco Moda because of his penchant for fun and adventure. Either way, the younger Solis asserts his right as the new president after getting majority of the board’s votes.
